A certified small woman-owned business led by Tatiana Strajnic, the Principal Manager.  Ms. Strajnic has more than 25 years of experience in developing, executing, managing, and promoting a wide variety of complex initiatives in federal organizations. For the Department of Energy (DOE), she led a virtual and extensive team of engineering staff to promote energy savings performance contracting as a tool to achieve federal energy goals. Under her management of the energy savings performance contracting program, the government awarded more $600 million in projects. Ms. Strajnic and her team collaborate to support organizations and situations requiring adaptability and quick response with the public clients and private stakeholders to achieve mutual goals through program/project management tools, subject matter expertise and field experience to effectively and efficiently implement client tasks.
